Contractor Systems Now Connects With RingCentral for Missed-Call Text-Back From a Contractor's Own Number
Contractors on RingCentral keep their phone system and numbers
LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla., October 6, 2026 —
Contractor Systems now connects with RingCentral. Home services contractors who already use RingCentral can connect their account to Contractor Systems and keep their existing phone system, numbers, and extensions.
When a call goes unanswered on a watched line, the caller gets a text within seconds from a number already on the contractor’s RingCentral account. There is no new number, no porting, and no call forwarding. Contractors write the text-back in their own words, and each caller gets at most one automatic text-back per day.
Calls, voicemails, and texts appear on the customer’s record in Contractor Systems, and unknown callers are added as new contacts automatically. Replies show up in the Contractor Systems inbox and in the contractor’s RingCentral message history. Customers who reply STOP are marked do-not-text.
Setup happens in the Contractor Systems app: the contractor signs in on RingCentral’s own page, approves access, and picks which numbers to watch and text from. Contractor Systems never sees the RingCentral password. Contractor Systems is also listed on RingCentral’s app marketplace.
Setup details are available at contractorsystems.com/integrations/ringcentral.
